Chairman of the Board
David Johnson knows business and what it takes to grow successful firms. He served as senior vice president of MJSK, a retail securities and institutional clearing firm from 1981-2001. In late 2001 David was appointed President, CEO and Chairman of the board of directors and served in that capacity until the firm was sold to Steifel Financial of St. Louis, Missouri in December of 2006. He currently owns Cedar Point Capital, an investment banking firm which specializes in early stage/startup investments and has been active in the financing of early stage/startup businesses for over 25 years.
